how do you shave your damn head and stuff like that. I've seen pictures of whiteish-silverish hair and bald people... and black haired people... how do you do it? the razors don't work, or maybe i don't know how to use them.

anyone wanna be bald like me? TELL ME HOW!

The white-haired guy is, I believe, Xardas, the dark haired was Diego... there are several pics from earlier game versions where some of the NPCs seemed to have been PCs instead.
