pickpocketing
   

hey,
i am a master at the pickpocketing skill... but how do you pickpocket?
i GII, you can do it while you are talking, but everytime i talk to someone, it doesn't say i can pickpocket him...

You wasted your valuable time and skill points on that skill. Anyone you can pickpocket you might as well beat up and loot. Plus you'll get the XP for beating them up.
If you really want to know how to do it, you have to learn to sneak. Then you sneak up behind who you want to pickpocket and ctrl-up.
