Can you ever open 2nd chest behind Mattio's Store

One of them has leather rmor the other says something like you can't open it.

BTW you get there from jumping up on Thorbens chests, on to the roof, go to the roof ridge across from Mattios and jump.

As you may know, there's already a thread about this, written by Lysander.

The other chest simply doesn't work. Unless somebody in this forum can smash it with a powerful sword, this chest cannot be opened with any lockpick or special key.
