Ultima X: Odyssey - Druid Abilities and more

Another huge set of updates over at the official Ultima X: Odyssey site. First up, Druid Abilities have been revealed with six abilities detailed. Next, there's a feature on Hueing (read on if that makes no sense ):
In a game where your character interacts with dozens, or even hundreds of other characters each time you play, it's important to be able to make your own unique look. In Ultima X: Odyssey, not only will you be able to customize your character's hair style, face, hair color, race, gender, and more, but you'll have a large selection of armor pieces that you can mix and match for a unique look as your character grows in the game. For an even wider variety of looks, you can dye your armor not just one color, but two colors of your choice!
Finally, there's two fiction pieces: Reapers and Zombies.

Becouse I am not going to judge for all our visitors wether or not UXO is any good.

So I'll have to disappoint you. We set out to creat a site covering news about anything related to the Ultima label. OSI or EA; PC, Nintendo or Snes; Online or SP - whatever. We'll are already the pnp game and if there ever is going to be an Ultima-movie, well be the first to report about it.

As a visitor, you are welcome judge anything we report about, and in some cases I wont even disagree with you if you think something is crap, but that doesnt mean we wont cover news about it.

On a personal level I think it would be a great loss to stop covering news about all the online ultima's. I dont know if UXO will be fun or 'true' to the Ultima spirit (whatever that is), but ill judge it based on my experience as a player - not forehand.

Of course, nothing regarding the content of UltimaDot is printed in stone, and what news should go where is an ongoing discussion among rpgdot staff members.

Thanks for you supportive comments ,

Parc

So your not going to give UXO a chance? If your such a fan of Ultima you would play this game. It has ever aspect of the Ultimas in it. All the virtues, the Avatar, Guardian. And if you can manage to open that closed mind of yours I'm sure it's going to have a pretty good story. Its a shame your have to call this game "trash" and "garbage" before you even see it.

I used to say I'd never pay to play a game either, but then I realized I'm not a moron and that this is actually cheaper and better entertainment than TV.
