Hope my game isn't screwed up, but Gorn had been attacking me when I was killing hte guards to free the new mine. Once I killed all the guards, I found the orc slave who needs medicine. I searched everywhere and can't find it. WHen i left the mine, gorn didn't say anything to me either.
My big goal is to get into orc temple, do I need to get that talismen to get into it? I killed all the orcs, but that winch is jammed and not sure how to unjam it.
So where do i find orcs medicine, unjam the winch, and what to do about gorn?

1. The Orc medicine is well hidden in a small nitch not far from the Orc slave.
2. You need the Ulu-Mulu (the talisman) before that winch will work.
3. Gorn attacking you? A big ugly bug in the game.

Go back to the free mine, then go up to the orc. Turn around and walk straight to the back wall, turn right and climb the rocks there, the potion (a yellow one) is laying among some mushrooms.

thanks i'll try that. Will Gorn and lee not talk to you until you give the orc medicine when leaving the new mine? I leave it and they don't mention anything about freeing the mine. And gorn just stays at the entrance ready to fight as if I didn't kill all the guards. |

Yes, you need to get the Orc medicine for the story to progress.

val, thats not true. i dunno about gorn and lee, but there's a small, small, small depression between the surface and a tree in the hill by the gate into the main part of the orc camp. by using that, u can get around the gate, through the orcs (hellish fighting) and to the sleeper temple. i didn't go axally INTO the temple that way, i realized that i hadn't talked to Xardas yet and was prolly gettin a little bit ahead of myself, so i didn't save it after doing that. the depression is hard to find, and takes a good deal of complex acrobatics fueled jumping, but it is possible. lucky me, i got it on the first try, but when it was time to go into the camp at the RIGHT time, i found it way too frustrating. after about a half hour of jumping, i tried the winch again, at which point i screamed "D'OH" and proceeded to the temple.
