| Increasing skill without trainers |
|
Well, as far as i know Wulfgar is the only one possible to train over 60%
yet if i join the merceneries no one can train me anymore... what can i do to get it past 60% .. if possible? |

Training in what?
All the skills are available ('cept maybe X bow) in the Merc camp.

Wulfgar trains 1hand weapons...and 2handed i guess
so thats the skill i wanted to increase over 60...
how do i inrease my 1handed skill over 60 |

Maybe I am thinking of Wulfgar, but the guy to the south of Farm house swinging his sword around will be able to teach you one handed to quite a high level 90% or something. It might go up by chapter ... funny I can't recall where I got my skill up to 100% ... maybe I never did, it has, after all, been a while since I finished the game.

Actually, I think its Buster who can train 1 handed weapons. He is standing near the pond...

Paladins only. Girion at City Hall--90 2H, Lord Hagen past that. I think Cedric doea 1H up to 90. Never trained onehand past 60 so don't know.
Mercs and candidates only. Cord at Onar Train from 30 to 90-- both. Lee past that.

I just checked Ellusion's guide, and he cites buster as the one handed merc trainer. However, I *know* I used the guy swinging his sword around in the field. It might be he was one of the guys from the mining camps and shows up later.
To find him jump out the door of Lee's room, turn left. He is right there on the slope swinging away at nothing all day.

That's Cord, he only trains from fighter level up. (30)

Later in the game Lee will train you in 2-handed weapons. I'm pretty sure he will take you up to 90+
