On the star wars topic. Is there anyway to alter the music in the game. I was thinking it would be cool to have the imperial march play for the fighting music. That or duel of the fates. |

Check the Morrowind General Forum, I believe the topic of changing music has been discussed there. _________________ Freeeeeeedom! Thank heavens it's summer!

Please DIE for even bringing this up!
The last thing we need is more of a Star Wars lamer element to Morrowind. That stupid mandalor armor was bad enough. If you want to yank off to queen Yamababadhala so bad, just go watch the movie or buy a Toys R Us doll, but for the love of GOD leave Morrowind alone! |

No need to get all pissy. This thread follows the same trend I've noticed the past couple days. People suggest an idea for a mod, and they're quickly flamed, insulted, what have you.
Folks, the fact that you don't like the idea has no bearing on whether or not a mod should be made. That's the beauty of this game, it can be custom tailored to suit any type of playing style or preference. You can't just look at it from one angle, say, as an RPG purist (and I'm talking tabletop here), you have to consider what the people at Bethesda gave us, and consider the whole package.
Let them make a Star Wars mod. I'd applaud their efforts, not because I personally would want to play it, but because they're making an effort to expand the community and see it flourish.
Let's not stifle ourselves with elitist and opinionated nonsense, hm? |

You don't have to download a Star Wars plugin if you don't want to, jeeze. _________________ The beer here in America is like making love in a canoe... it's f*cking close to water!

Yeah, Starwars that would completely be off the heazy
though it will take alot of time and much work ...first of all..if someone wants to try it...i'm in ...i just don't know how to edit textures...so we can't do much then....making a star wars mod..you'd need to get rid of the fantasycial buildings from morrowind...build in Truespace or 3dstudio max starwars-esque buildings {truespace IMHO is alot easier to work with and you can just import objects from Truespace to Max} but it would be completely amazing to make such a thing...awhile ago i already saw a Boba Fett texture on a screenshot...so there's already a beginning
Can anyone tell me how to open all the textures for buildings/ground/sky etc...so i can try editing them and pasting with starwars textures/backgrounds? and to the person obvisously disliking star wars
go away from this topic then, what's the big deal...i know for sure alot of people would love a starwars world in morrowind chill out. |
