Because you two didn't flush your caches...?
Your browser caches (~keeps in its memory) pictures and other stuff which is used frequently (like, for examples, avatars on a forum). So each time the browser is told to go to a certain website, it doesn't automatically download all the website graphics, no - it looks for the corresponding pics in its cache first.
If you don't see a new website pic even though others do, this means you'll very probably need to flush the browser cache = clear your browser's 'memory'.
How to:
In your browser, go to
'Extras' -->
'Internet Options' -->
'Temporary Internet Files' -->
'Delete Files'
(or whatever the buttons are called in your browser/version).
After that, refresh the website.

I waited until now a whole day and i still can't see it, i've deleted the cookies and the temporary files and the history files and it didn't work, so?????
