My rogue is a very good melee person. he has thieves dagger and bloodlust and does about 4 hits w/ bl and 3 w/ td. i want to change him to fighter so he can wear infinity helm golden breastplate and platinum greaves. i just found out about alchemy a few days ago. i was mixing flas and sneez powder like it was going out of style. his lock and trap skill is at 98 and 108 with td but i might lose lock skill if i change to fighter. should i change to fighter

The skill will be locked so you can't progress in it anymore. You will still have the ability though.

Another thing to remember is that you may not be able to use some of the equipment you are currently wearing after the switch.
I haven't played in a while and can't remember if the TD is useable by fighters....??? Anyways, it would suck to switch only to then realize you can't use your weapon anymore
So be careful.
