Dealer's chests run out of room?

I've noticed that the more I sell to the weapons dealer in town (or any other dealer, for that matter), the more his chests get filled up. I filled one entirely and now *that* chest won't accept anymore of my goods. If I fill up all his chests, does that mean I can't sell him anything else (without buying something first to make room)? Sounds silly I know, but that's what it's beginning to look like. Tell me I'm wrong.

Correct! If you fill up his chests you can never add anything else. Once full they cannot be removed unless you buy them back.

The key to this is to "repair" everything before you sell to him. That way you can stack items of the same quality on top of each other. Hence the #'s on the top of the items. It's a bit pricey in the beginning but after a small bit of time you will have all the monies you need to buy anything you want.

I used this idea to sell everything! The dealers can carry my stuff! Not me!

I hope that makes sense.

Good luck! ~T

I was worried about the same thing so I tried the guy in the rebel camp. Even if you killed him you can put stuff in his chests and get money. It worked for me and that was after I killed him.

I think if you have the last patch the chests will reset at some point in the game. If I remember it was after one of the big cut scenes. Be sure if you have stuff you might want to use later, save it in your room in the castle, or somewhere. Stuff stays where you put it so it is not hard to collect stuff. Temptress is right about repairing.
