Character Editor, Cheats?

Does anyone know if there is a character editor, or cheac codes, maybe some console commands?

There is just some thing i would like to try...

Yes, i found some interesting console commands, some of them wasn't even cheats!

Enter the console and write 'help' to see all the commands...
