Suggestion for Gothic 2... |
|
wow, i just beat Gothic tonight as a level 34 templar and i must say that i REALLY enjoyed this game. the style i liked cuz it was different from other rpgs, and i enjoyed it throughout. only a few things i would like to see in Gothic 2.
1: multiplayer. do you guys have ANY idea how sweet and popular gothic could be if it had multiplayer? if gothic had multiplayer then it could outrank the diablo series. trading, partying, or hangin out with people online would be a blast
2: harder final boss. this was one of the very few things i thought could be better. the sleeper was pathetic. sure the novices were pretty tough, but summoning a golem, and an army of darkness was enough distraction to waste them...........then the sleeper spat slow moving fireballs, and i just ran around him and stuck all 5 swords in the slots in 10 seconds.........end of game. when people were telling me that it would be a rough fight then i expected a rough fight. just a note to take, so that G2's end boss adds a little more excitement
3: bug and glitch fixes. even though they were minor, and really didn't affect my views on the game, there were a lot of bugs and glitches that coulda been fixed. nothing major, just something to take a note of to improve the gameplay
so in conclusion.......i give this GREAT rpg a 9/10 because of it's fantastic play, story, and style. if these few things were added/fixed into the game, then i woulda given gothic a 20/10
(remember these for gothic 2 ) |
