Well if you have done everything and you need more experience then go to the collapsed mine ,transform to a meat bug get throught the gate,load screen,and then there are guards just shooting at you ....wont you think that you have to reply to their shooting at you???Just show then your new heavy crossbow 
note:it is tricky to get through the gate but try it.If you dont manage to do it there is another way.Transform to meat bug go to the corner of the gate try to be the half outside and the half inside the gate and press ENTER(enter gets you to human).These should take a lot of practise and spell scrolls or seve/load/reload
