That's right. <a href="http://www.atari.com/" target="_blanK">Atari</a> is planning on releasing Artifact's fantasy MMORPG 'Horizons' a full *gasp* four days earlier than expected. The game is now scheduled for a December 5 release.

well, the extra five days wouldnt have helped. from what I hear, the games a mess.

Sorry, unlike what the original newsbit said, this information is only the case for the EU release date.

Well,I've been in beta for awhile now and it seems that releasing a mmorpg now a days is really only extending the beta to include paying customers.You know what a gimmick is?A gimmick is something that draws your attention away from the complete picture and make you focus on the gimmick.The gimmick in Horizons is the ability to play a dragon.The complete picture is not that enticing.Will the gimmick be enough?Who's to say,SWG's gimmick(the star wars aura) was enough and is enough to keep a quarter million little "yoda's" hoping to become a jedi.
