who do I talk to, to join redourn house?

Name of the NPC plz!

and where is the NPC that I need to talk to, to join up with the house.

Go to Ald'ruhn
Go into the big building (manor section)
Go straight to the back and enter the Council Chambers
Talk to the redguard woman at the desk
Done and Done
