My copy of MW destined for the UK has been at Louisville undergoing a "hubscan" since Saturday 4th. Anyone know what this is and how long I can expect the game to arrive? Thanks. |

Yea..well, maybe..
UPS doesn't seem to do weekends..Mine sat in Ohio, about 350 miles from where I live, from Friday the 3rd until this morning. Now it's in a town in Indiana that, according to Yahoo maps, doesn't exist.
I'm really dissappointed in UPS this time...they seem to have really dropped the ball as of late.
Hubscan (I think) just means that its' sitting there in Louisville, awaiting shipment overseas to a hub. I don't know why it would have sat there that long, perhaps you should email them and ask. I've had to contact their cust serv before, and they have (at max) a 24 hour response time... they may just blow smoke up your arse, but at least you can try to find out what's going on that way...

I think Louisville, Kentucky is one of UPS's hub citys where alot of their air traffic goes through... It could be there waiting for the flight to send it to the UK or it could have already air shipped but just hasn't been scanned again since the Louisville scan.. |

Well...I live in the Netherlands. My copy was shipped on May 2nd and arrived at Rotterdam Airport in the Netherlands on May 3rd, but after that it went on to Cologne, Germany. Then back to Rotterdam and it has been sitting there waiting for clearance all day... AAAAAARGHHHH...so I have to wait another day... I hope they deliver tomorrow! |
