Greets

I was just wondering where/how to get circle experience for my new camp mercenary I have completed all the missions up to the Sleepers dungeon in the Orc Camp. I have runes comming out my ears, but no means to use em!

One other thing..

Is it worth converting to a Majician of Water, or better off staying a mercenary?

You answered the question yourself.
To use runes you have to become a mage. That late in the game this only makes sense if you have appr. 150 learning points to spend, to ramp it up quickly.
