I have given lares the ring, I have take the weed from that guy and sold it and given him the 400 ore, and I have made it to level 6. All this being said I am still unable to be admitted into the camp. When I talk to Lares he tells me that I am not ready, and a level5 required flashes on the screen. Please HELP.....

You need to go to the old mine and get the list from ian. To do this you need to talk to Diego and tell him that you're ready for the test. After you get the list, give it to Lares, NOT Diego! The list is your ticket for joining either the new or the old camp. Once you give the list to one, you can't join the other.
