dumb question where is my "editor"

i am trying to change sirollus saccus so i can get training. a walkthru said to
use the editor to to do this but i can't find the editor

You only have it if you're using the PC version. If so, you probably installed it when you installed the game. It's a program called "TES Construction Set.exe" in your Morrowind folder. If it's not there, try reinstalling the game from the main install disk (don't try to install it from the second, TESCS disk -- it looks like this should work, but it doesn't).
