does anyone know where i can find out what certain items are and what they do. such as what certain rings do and certain amulets do? |

Descriptions of what items do can be viewed when you open your inventory and highlight the item.

well i have that console where u can insert items and use them but theres no description of what the rings and amulets do so im not sure which ones to use. |

There is nothing to identify them if you are just inserting them using the cheats. Insert whatever you like and sell the excess.
