Grah! I'm stuck! 
Firstly, on my way to Ald'ruhn I met a Argonian trader called Rasha and he asked me if I could take some shirts to a guy named Bivale Teneren in Ald'ruhn.
He made me take an oath of Zenethar, or somthing, and now all the people of Ald'ruhn keep saying "I wont do business with someone who carries the mark of Zenethar"
I know i've got to deliever those shirts to get rid of the mark, but now I can't find Bivale Teneren! Where the [none of that, please -38] is he!
Secondly, I agreed to help a Nord called Hlormar Wine Sot. He had been mugged by a witch and had lost his axe. I agreed to help him find the witch, but I can't find her anywhere and this gimp keeps following me about! Where is the witch?

you could deliver the clothes to merchant inside the big crab shield building (hope my memory served me right); the witch that you spoked of should somewhere along the road - keep searching 2-3 roads around the area.
