1. On the road to the Dead Harpy tavern from Khorinis there's a site of battle where initially there's a couple of molerats munching on the corpses, and right nearby there's a cave, also containing molerats, and most importantly, a chest. I've never found the key to this chest. Does anyone know where the key can be found?
2. I escorted Bilgot from Fajeth's mine all the way to near the exit of the valley. We stopped and my character wished him luck in getting out and I got the xp. He continued walking up, and then just like that, he keeled over dead! is this something that can't be prevented?
3. Where can I find Vino's still?
4. Keleroth mentioned in chapter 4 that somebody stole something from him. I haven't been able to finish this quest. Should I find his stuff somewhere, or should I talk to somebody specifically? |

1. It can't be opened, there is no key.
2. It does'nt matter, he never leaves the valley of mine anyway.
3. In the cave that has the winch that you can't turn. You need moleratfat and then the winch will work. If ya don't know where this cave is, someone even posted a map pointing it's location.
4. Look around the bench at the castle smithy, near where Jan was sitting when you met him. _________________ Chris: Dad, what's the blow-hole for?

Thank you for the reply. That was quick.
Regarding Bilgot, it would be nice if they had included some explanation for Bilgot's fate. As it is now, it just seems weird :p
*Edit*
Oh, one more thing. I did the Judge's Lackey quest for Lee, i.e. I went to steal the magic hammer from the monks, gave it to the crooked judge, and he asked me to find and kill some escaped prisoners. I found the prisoners on Onar's farm, talked to them, and got the letter implicating the Judge. I gave the letter to Lee. Does this storyline stops here? I'm in chapter 5 now and haven't heard anything regarding the Judge. Also, was there a way to get the hammer back and give it back to the monks? |

I think, it's a part of mage's quest. As a mage you can get the key to this chest. |

You will visit the Judge again but later
And if you talk to the guy that guarded the hammer you will have the possibility to give it back. |

Do I get the hammer back from the Judge later then? So that I can return the hammer to the monks I mean.
It's rather funny that the monk who guards the hammer doesn't seem to notice that the hammer is gone. |

Hmm... I don't remmeber... maybe... but if I wrote that you can give it back then probably you get it back later , but if the guy near the hammer doesn't notice anything then I don't see a reason why you should even try to give it back |

You get the key for the chest if you are a mage from Lutero if you finish the special snapper claws quest. The chest contains an empty rune stone.

Some of these loose ends are a bit aggravating :p
Here's another one. Serpendes (?) asked me to bring Salandril from Khorinis to the monastery to be judged for some crime. He did not elaborate what this crime was. I got Salandril to go to the monastery, but the storyline seems to stop there. Salandril is just hanging around in the chapel now, Serpendes just acknowledge that I have brought the culprit but doesn't say anything else, and the quest still shows up as unfinished in my log. Based on the name of the quest in the log and some posts here, I guess this quest is played through in its entirety only for those who join the mage guild. |

Salandril was dealing in fake mine shares and the quest was to get them all from merchants. It was quite a difficult mage quest actually but enjoyable. _________________ "How are things?"
