Spells of Gold: Review @ Thunderbolt |
|
A second article can be found at Thunderbolt, this time a review of Jonquil Software's 'Spells of Gold'. The score is 4/10 and here's the intro:
Oh dear god, another fantasy magical world RPG on the PC. Surely, after the king that is Diablo 2, the pretender that is Sacred and the card-playing online megathon Etherlords 2, can there be room for another title of the same genre? According to Oxygen Interactive there is, but I really am starting to doubt that many more games can just jump on the bandwagon with the same clichéd story and steal the gameplay from others that have failed before.
|

I have no idea whether or not Spells of Gold is a good game or not. I haven't read any reviews (except this one) and I haven't played the game myself.
But here, once again, we have a reviewer reviewing an RPG game who admits he doesn't like RPGs. WAY TO GO!
Here's a tip for Thunderbolt: How about having people review generes they actually enjoy? What a concept huh? Or, at the very least, fake out your readers by hiding the fact that Joe-Reviewer doesn't like Genere X.
I give your review a 0 out of 10 and yes, 0 is worst and 10 would be best. _________________ The Poster Previously Known As NeptiOfPovar |
