this may seem like a really dumbass question but, I can't seem to give the goblin in the tavern at the human outpost the gem dealers licence, I double left click on it, I get that arrow circle simble but, he wont take it, please help!!!!!!  [/b] |

I tried to give the liscence to the goblin numerous times before he accepted it...I've read of this happening to others as well...walk around for awhile...have a drink...talk to a few npc's and try again...

I noticed that if you (accidently or not) talk to the NPC, you can't intereact with them until they're done talking.
This includes double clicking on them, or giving them an item they don't care about. |

If the above suggestions won't help, you can bribe the goblin lord to get through to the goblin and troll kingdoms (if I guessed correctly your current quest). You will need 300 gold.
