1. Yes, Diego should still be able to train you. Or Lares.
2. I'd say go back to the New Camp then and see if they've cooled off.

Usually NPCs will "cool off" after a certain amount of time. I'm not sure in this case, because after getting Uriziel charged I just went and slaughtered the Old Camp, then I went back to the Sleeper's Temple. I never bothered going back to the New Camp to see what would happen.

A lot.
Circle 1: 10
Circle 2: 15
Circle 3: 20
So on, so forth...

You can also insert the character helper and it can train you in magic circles if you have the neccessary skill points.

Yes, you're almost done. I'd say finish the game, then play around a little.

I just thought... whats the problem ?! I can make my self a mage now
[ I have a save before the charging of Uriziel] and see what will be later
[ but then again I would have to make about 3 more levels to become
6 circle ].

Circle 6 is the exception. You need 40 rather than 35 skill points to learn it.

The mages should of cooled off by the time you have gone to old camp and then come back.

But you can just kill them all. I think why Saturas is not invincible anymore is for this purpose.

I think that would defeat what Krzychu is trying to do. You can't become a mage if you kill the teacher.

But is that the real reason why Saturas is vulnerable in ch6?

Don't know, didn't care. All I cared about in chapter 6 was finishing off the Sleeper and slaughtering the Old Camp.
