Probably a stupid question - Agility vs. moving in fights |
|
If I just stand in one spot while fighting, does my character avoid more damage if I have higher agility? Or does agility simply apply to how much I can manually move around to avoid hits? Of course, I know I can just back off, but I was wondering if higher agility automatcally lowers the damage when attacked. |

Dammit, I never know when I'm logged in or not. I don't know if my firewall is screwing things up or if this board is just broken. Cookies are enabled.

2 things i do know about fighting in the game:
1) Your agility is what it is and does not effect combat.
2) Your speed does not modify your speed to hit or dodge anything.
AFAIK these stats are useless unless you are training (as you cant train anything above the governing attribute)
But these are only my findings, mind you. _________________ - Of all the worlds there must be - why was i born on this one? -

Agility is important in combat. Speed and agility is a winning combination. You can swing, whack, then let the enemy chase you until its fatigue drops. Then you can run back and whack some more till its dead.
The only thing thats annoying is the fact that some critters can project their bites. Another bug mabe... _________________
