Thoughts on my character before beginning

I wanted some quick opinions before I get too far down the road and realize I want to make changes. Thanks for any input.

Dark Elf
custom class - want to play a fast, agile long sword specialist who uses magic and sometimes a long bow to soften up enemies

Primary

Long blade (str)
destruction (will)
light armor (agl)
block (agl)
marksman (agl)

Minor

Athletics (Sp)
Mysticism (Will)
Alchemy (int)
Illusion (per)
restoration (will)

I'm concerned that I have several skills that use will, yet a dark elf starts with a 30 will. Not sure how the attributes directly affect the skills.
