I've found the underground monastery pass. Who has the key for the door? And how much dexterity do i need to have to steal it from him?

The key is in the Halls of Irdorath book on the alchemy table. You'll need to have doen some other stuff b4 you can open it.

The underground passage (rather more a small maze) is in the cellar of the monastery. The entrance to the room leading to the passage is guarded by a fire mage. The other entrance will be found at the far end of the room. Just follow the light above the crate.

Huh... IS this a way to enter the monastery without paying the 1000 gold pieces + 100 gold pieces for a sheep??

Nope, that is a way to get to a special item (or the recipie for it, rather) for each of the three guilds. The mage learns how to make a new rune, the Paladin get's his best armor (after making a rune) and the Mercenary learns how to forge the best swords in the game.
