A weird thing in swamp!

When i was getting the swampweed to Kalom,i
found in swamp a strange thing,it looks like
a small altar(ok is not the right term)and it have a strange light.
That thing is between the first group and second group of the weed guys,where the swampsharks are.
Could someone tell me that is it doing something or is there just for fun?
