Where is Ignaz?

I was told by a mage to get some scrolls from Ignaz in town(im guessing this is Khoronis), but i cant find him anywhere. Where is he?

Long long ago (God knows when), I posted some screenshots showing how to go to Carl's smithy. Since Ignaz's house is right behind Carl, perhaps this thread will help.

Go behind Matteos shop and follow it around to the left.

You will come across Carl the Smithy....keep going slightly left and Ignaz is in a dead end just there.
