I have played for some hours, killed pretty many monsters, made some quests and so on... im still level 1! Can i see when im about to level up? |

yes, you can. if you move your cursor over the word "level" in your stats screen it will say a number on the left and 10 on the right. For every skill (short blade, light armor, destruction, etc.) that your raise once, the number on the left raises once. When you have raised 10 skills once (in any combination) then you will level up, and it will say you should rest and meditate what you have learned. When you rest you will level up, and you will assign 3 points. Depending on what skills you raised during the level... there will be a multiplyer. Suppose you raised light and medium armor, and long sword. Well then there would be a x2 next to strength and x2 next to endurance. Because they were governing attributes of the skills you raised. Thus... you will raise it 2 points instead of one!

Exact answer is (I think):
if you make next level in primary (or how it is called in MW) skill, you will make one point out of 10 you need to level up
but you need more than one from second or third group to make 1 point. |
