| NOTR: Weapons dealer quest |
|
Heya,
I have a problem with the weapons dealer quest in Gothic 2: NotR.
I spoke to Vadras and to the militia guy in the harbour. I killed the bandits on the bridge, near the tavern and those in the cave behind the farmer's house. Found the "F" marked epee and made Fernando confess that he was the one trading weapons with the bandits. And now the militia guy in the harbour (damn, forgot his name) wants MORE evidence. More evidence? The guy confessed... isn't that enough?
Anyway, what now? I searched for more bandits. Could't find any. Did I miss something (the "magic" wisp that Vadras gave me didn't help much)...? |

Did you take the delivery note from the camp behind Sekobs farm.

They are in the north of the forest behind Sekob's farm. Walk left from Sagitta's cave or take the road to the Circle of the Sun and go to the right into the forest.

the numbers designate important locations for the quest missing people, but at location #2 you can also find that delivery note. |

You also need to find a ring that belongs to Fernando and show it to him. Don't know where to get it tough  I think one of the bandits had it. |

You need the bandit rapier with letter 'F' engraved on it, you need Fernando's delivery note from the bandits behind Sekob's farm and you need the ring from the bandits, who keep Eldritch captive, in the valley on the way to Bengar's farm from Onar's farm.
However, if you made Fernando confess and then GAVE him these items, it means then that you cannot anymore tell to Vatras about him. You don't need to talk with Fernando about it at all, just get the rapier, ring and letter and then show these to Martin, and then to Vatras.
But, there's no rush with it. First, gather the evidence but DO NOT tell anything about it to Martin, Vatras AND Fernando. Then, in CH2, get the Valley of Mines related quest from Fernando and FINISH it. Once you get your reward from Fernando, THEN go to Martin and Vatras and let them put Fernando away Basically, maximize the profits and XP. You do not need to go to Jharkendar in CH2, you will only need it in CH3, because you cannot continue at one moment the main plot in CH3 until you're done with the add-on world. As I usually do, I finish all the stuff what I need in CH1, then go to CH2 and do the main plot related stuff, then in CH3 I do all the stuff related to main plot and other quests UNTIL I cannot anymore continue with the main plot (spoiler: Vatras will say that he cannot go and fix the Eye of Innos, until he gets a replacement, and the replacement (Myxir) will come only when you're done with the add-on), and THEN I continue with the add-on quests and stuff and finish it
As I said, maximize the profit and useage

i've done with fernando and with where is missing people ? now i have one quest that i need to find fisherman, few farmers and others ... and i know that the bandits with the slaves (fisherman and others ) r somewhere near the high mountains north-east from khorinis ... i've got that letter from dexter (head of bandits near onar's farm) so maybe u know where is their hideout ?[/spoiler] |

Imporant locations for the missing people quests are on the map posted above. When you reach location #3 Skip will designate you where you can find Dexter but you've allready were there.
Hm... have you been to locations #1 and #2? Try going there. |
