I think I might be stuck...
I'm on the quest to find the swampweed dealer in harbor district. I talked to the barkeeper at tavern who told me to talk to meldorn, so I went to him and he said check the brothel. I go there and talked to everyone but no progress. Everyone got mad except Sonja who gives me no dialogue options so i cannot ask her about it. Theres a locked door but I have no idea how to get in. All I'd like to know is, am I looking in wrong place or perhaps there's some bug not allowing me to complete quest? I say this because I killed the guard in warehouse before I ever got that quest to find the swampweed stash, so when i went to Andre to get quests, I immediately showed him the stash and i completed that quest without talking to anyone...

Guard in wearhouse is for similar quest. But in this you are in right place. Closed door are just brothel`s owner room. Talk to owner, buy the girl, go up. While she stops upstairs pay her for information.
