for instance, do smarvins and f2 and open the console, I get "not found" when I type
insert ittarunelight or anything starting with insert. The character also draws or sheaths his weapon when the letter "i" is used in the command. How does it work?

if you typed
insert itarrunelight
it should work

ittarunelight
is not any object

You must have remaped your keyb to get I to draw your weapon the default keys are space & 1

When typing cheats into your stat screen it seems like the Alt key config works best.
