You also cann insert 'xpmap' if you open the map you get 10 xp points.

Go into marvin mode, focus your target, type edit focus and change the flags setting to 0 or 1.

But it's REALLY not a good idea. (Though I killed Gorn in the mines without any reprecussion... he was waiting for me outside when I left... but this was a special case. He was in a dungeon and had to be respawned when I left (a scripted event)).
