reinserting Baladas

I killed the sucker earlier in the game, but now need to speak him/him for Telvanni quest. I've tried the placeatpc command in the console, using baladas, demnevanni (his last name), and stilln othing. Is there a diff command if the char is dead? What should I use?

i dont think there is a way in morrowind to reinsert npcs, without using the editor....unlike in gothic where insert command and the ID worked nicely....
