Dragomir's crossbow?
   

Hey, were is drogmir's crossbow? Near the Golem? If so how do I kill him. I can't get into the monestary to get the magic hammer because I'm a Merc. Is there a secret way in or something?

Later in the game You will get access to maonastery. Then you can steal hammer nad kill golem for normal Exp but it won`t be a quest.
Dragomirs crossbow is far north. Lies in the stone circle. Coming from Black Troll direction its first big open space covered with trees. Circle its just little Stonehenge. Coming from other side there is a smaller circle of the same kind just by the road - its not the one. Go further and climb up with the stairs to the top.
