Vivec is um...kind of not good. |
|
Vivec is empty. The only people outside are ordinators and boatmen, and inside it is mostly just ordinators except in the plazas. I'll admit, the plazas actually do feel like a real city. The rest just feels like a military base full of soldiers, with a few twits hanging around. I'd love a place that gave an actual feeling of a city. In my opinion, Balmora and Ald'Rhun manage that somewhat well, but not many other places.
Remember, it's not stupid. It's advanced. _________________ It's a paradox to say that you are lying. Luckily, I can still say that you're lying.

Hmm, so if it should be full of people and bigger than Vivec and if those poeple should be at least on same "ganeric" level as MW`s NPCs, than I would like to see PC that will be capabable to run it :]. |

It could be done but it is a matter of time.
After working with this for a few days I now know why it took them 4 years to do this game with a whole team of people.
Even then they used the same building over and over with just minor changes. It is very time consuming.
