The instructions to the cave I need for this quest are : just south of Pelegiad, off the road, just before the fork that leads to Seyda Neen in the SW and Vivec in the SE. Well, I'm at the fork. I've cleared all of the area around the fork. And no cave. So, when they say "just before" do they mean before, coming from Pelegiad, or coming from Seyda Neen. And when they say off the road HOW far off the road? I'm finding this a bit irritating. The only cave I can find is the slave cave, which I cleared many moons ago, and there was no skull in there. I hopw the cave is marked so that when I go past it it will show up on the map.
Do I even need to bother with the blade quests? I'm already totally confused - mage quests, fighter quests, blade quests......where does it end? I'm going in circles as it is. |

It should be before the fork coming from Pelegaid. It should be a tomb set into the side of a moutain on the right side, I believe. |

post above is correct
starting from the crossroads walk on path towards Pelegiad, walking towards Pelegiad it is on LEFT hand side, not far from crossroads. It's just off the path, even with view distance set all the way down you should see it from the path, its not far. |

I agree with the two above. You took the wrong crossroads just like I did. Then I gave up and went up to go back to Pelagiad and looking around, and there it is. You really can't miss it from the right road.
I'm really responding on your remark about quests. I think the Blades quests are all leading to the main quest, if that's your goal. But, this game (and it's predessors!) are monstrous and filled with umpteen quests. Do the ones you can remember and just--enjoy! |
