shrine of courtesy, help plz.
   

im doing a quest to find 7 shrines, and im haveing trouble finding the shrine of courtesy in the vivec temple puzzle, i found the center of the maze where it says the shrine is, but all thats there is a arched door with a force field on it and a sign that say breathe the waters of his glory and the way is made clear. and i cannot figure it out, plz help

drop into the terraces of water around the palace. the second from bottom is the one you want to enter.
