Where is the puzzle box? I forget and walk in circles or end up running into sphere centurions those mechanical spiders and those huge mechanical beasts with maces for hands.....as well as a few dwarven undead. So where is it?

Do you remember the final exit with 3 door that return you to main cave? the box is inside a room on level above your head...that is what i remember...

just remember, it's REALLY FREAKING small. so look closely. it's on some kind of shelf too.
