To get Neliks sword you're going to have to beat up Thorus in the OC. But it doesn't matter if you do it before you get the quest or at the end of it, so if you happen to be in the Old Camp you may want to go ahead and beat him up then to save you a walk back. Note... if you fight him before getting the quest, beat him up, but DO NOT kill him.

Wow, that Max Killen one bad dude. Ground shakes when he walks. When he pull out Nellik's Sword I get scared and run away. Not worth messing with him cause he's too tough. I think he invensable or something
