Strength or Skill?

Which is better:
Spending 20 skill points on strength or spending 20 points moving up lto evel 2 on one handed weapons?

Strength increases your damage. Skill is only nice to have. You can get it later.

i think you should save it and add it to 2-hand sword or crossbow skill,'cause 1-hand sword is realy useless after chapter 3.
and gorath,skill not only looks nice but can increase your criticle hit race and block race,so it's more important then strong
