Agh bug in the free mine

Agh i need some help! I am with gorn in the free mine and he just climbed down some ladders into this pit. i killed some minecrawlers and then when i went back up gorn wouldnt follow me! And when i tell him to wait at the entrance he wonders around in the pit like a moron. HELP!!

i had the same problem. i just left gorn there and continued on and finished up the mine. I heard that it is best to just have gorn help you in the opening battle and tell him to stop there kuz he doesnt help much anyway.....
