Where is Angar? Where is Girion?

I want them to acompany me at the ship (to be my crew members) but i can't find them anywhere.

Anyone has some clue where to find them?

If you have already done Angar's mission, you will find him at Bengar's Farm
Girion will be waiting you on the way to Paladin's Ship (Perhaps for this, you must be Paladin ? Because I was Paladin )
