Highest level Weapon/scroll/armour/enchantment.

Hi guys, was just curious as to what are some of the high level items youve picked up in your travels. After checking out all the other posts Ive got:
Dragon Curass: Heavy armour lvl 246, 100% fire resist
Deadric battle axe: 1-80 slash, 1-60 chop , weight 90etc
wizards robe (not sure of name): 15point health & end per second

Was just wondering what else there is to look forward to picking up in my travels.

Ost.

I also picked up a staff that has levitate 1pt for 120 seconds and a charge of about 1300, but cant for the life of me remember where. I think it was one of my quests for assasin guild, but cant be sure.

Anyone else managed to pick this one up, think its worth about 10,000+ gold.

I've found that good items cary depending on what class you play, as an assasin the glass armor was awesome ac, but as my adventurer, it sucked major butt. The legion armor was tons better.

When Trebonius challenges you and you kill him, you get an amulet that adds 25 to intelligence, reduces melee damage by 25%, restores one health, and has 25 point spell absorbtion per second. add that to the "robe of practically cheating" and my daedric claymore that adds roughly 90 fire damage and my other one that paralyzes for 3 seconds and adds 40 cold damage (useful for when the other is recharging), and I'm pretty much unkillable.

It's kinda cheap that they made certain items so strong in this game...the robe is just too much.

BTW, the magical staff is bought from the mage guild lady for 5000. It's not all that useful.

It's called the Wizards staff which you need for the wizard level. And contary to the above poster, it's very useful for not draining your normal mana pool when flying up Telavanni towers.

My friend claims that he have found a enchanted chainmail for +100.000g by drowning a deserted guard (used paralyse on him while he was under water).

I dont know if this is true thou, but according to him, he found him in a under-sea cave, and the guard had told him that he had escaped from the legion and didnt wanted the character to give him away, therefore attacking.

Best Regards

Early in the game - if you follow the Mage Guild quests - the Kajjit that gives you all the fetch missions at first tells you to drop by her for a secret once you become a warlock (or higher). She then tells you where to search for the "Staff of Magus".

The staff (ebony or silver I think) absorbs magicka (20-50 or so) for 60 seconds, and also heals 1pt for 60 seconds (regeneration like) for each casting, and has close to 3000 charges for unlimited use. The staff is also listed with a value of 210.000 gold, wich is the highest I've seen so far =)

Helm of Oreoyn Bearclaw - some 266 AC Fortifies agility too... sweet item

Gauntlets of Rangulfen - The left one adds 20 agility and the right one adds 20 strength - I was just short of 90 heavy armor and these were adding 266 AC

Boots of Double Amputation - Not really that but they make you charater's legs disapear from the knee down. They fortify speed as a spell and have a reasonable ac of 230 or so. Picked up In Bal Fel?

I defeated Umbra at level 5. Currently wielding full Orcish armor and the umbra sword. It's worth about 110,000. big 2 hander that does 10-50 in chop and swing. and it can cast Soul trap for 120 seconds.

the enchanted chainmail is found in Ebonheart, in an hidden underwater cave entrance to the fortress (I think to the west)... there's a guy there wearing it, kill him and get the mail, it was better than the ebony armor I had (both heavy).

I am now looking to find the Warlock's Ring... supposed to be on a small island to the west of Bal Fel.... in some Ashinabara (or whatever) cave... I think it may be the moon-and-stars-ring, but I can't find the cave

help?

First poster.....You may want to store the robe +15 to endurance, health constant. It makes the game far to easy and not near as fun. jmho

I stumbled over a warrior in a Tomb who was wearing full ebony armor, now i am wearing it. The gauntlets that give 20 on strenght and 20 on agility and around 160 AC you can find in a 6th house temple called carcase of the saint on the west coast. and when you kill a necromancer for the legion (the last quest for the oonmoth fort) you can take his mask ac 200 something and personality plus 20.

killed Umbra at Level 2 =)

Level one would be pushing it though...that would take a LOT of potions.
