Chapter 4 Level advice

Hey guys-
After a long time away from G2 I'm finally starting to get back into it. But I need a little word of advice - what level were you when you went into chapter 4? About how much strength and skill with weapons did you have? I'm a little worried that I may have rushed through the last few chapters and will be pathetically weak for my second trip to the VOM! Thanks in advance for all the advice.

Well, CIArookie. It depends on how you did in chapter 2.

1. For mage, your main spell is "lightning". To be comfortable, you should have at least mana 160, preferably 200 or over.

2. For paladin, you will use 2 main weapons: your sword( I prefer the beserker work/ one-handed consecrated ore magic sword ) to fight the dragons and the spell scroll "holy arrow". The scrolll holy arrow is to fight orcs, lizardmen, dragon snappers. To use this scroll comfortably, you need to raise your mana in the range from 60-100. You also should raise your strength to 160-200.

3. Merc is the weakest among the 3 guilds. so try to raise the strength as much as you can, in the range of 200 and buy a lot of scrolls. And a long range weapon is also necessary.

I would say the level is between 24 to 32, depending on each guild.

Mid 20s should be okay.

I entered at a high level (end 20s), but I didn't have up to 120 strength as a Merc, I beat most things as easy as a wolf except the orc elites combined with shamans or Lizardmen; all the others were easy as heaven.
I'm now at lvl 36 I think and have beaten all dragons, I just have to return to castle report the kills and see if I haven't missed anything in CH4.

So I think Mid 20s, like Gorath has said, higher than 28, the game will be easy.

BTW: I still have 50LPs to spend on I don't know?
