I found two pieces of pergament, give them to
Baal, kill all orcs and nothing happens!

Lead the Baal back to the room with the many doors; he'll translate the orc scrolls there. Then go back to the room where you killed the big orc warrior and be sure to take the Baal along. When he comes to the place the warrior stood, the Baal will have something to say to you. Then use the teleportation scroll...
