How i become a Necro?
   

i am the 5th circle of magic, and Necro guy says nothing on the sublect
where as all the others had '15st circle (15 Skill Points)' ext.
bw if it matters i am looking for the orc friendship thingy

Do the missions for Xardas, he will offer sixth circle after you complete a certain one.
