Enchant Skill - How Do You Raise It?

Are there ANY enchant spells at all? I have found none....

do you literally have to make 2535141 items to get your enchantment high? If so this is going to be one hell of an expensive skill to raise.

:/

By using enchanted items is one way. Like magic swords and stuff.

Yipe!

I hope there's another way....

a ring with a very high (70-charge) healing enchantment only raises me 15% of a point after 70 casts.

At this rate I'll probably be able to get my enchantment to 30 by the end of this year.

Heh.

Recharge

Ah, so recharging items with soul gems increases enchant. That helps, but is still VERY slow going. Anyone know any other way to raise enchant other than training and recharging items? I'm guessing that's all....
